: (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 12, if the multimodal transport operator or his authorized representative has any doubts as to whether the goods accepted for carriage by the consignor or his authorized agent or representative do not conform to the conditions set out in the consignment note, the same shall Vyhora Kafiyat Janai goods can be understood.
(2) If the multimodal transport operator or his official representative hands over the goods for shipment from the sender or his official agent or representative without giving any conditions as per sub-section (1), the goods mentioned in the consignment note shall be deemed to be in good condition.
